Introduction and Overview

Prohibited Persons
Employees, representatives and family members of okbge are not eligible to gamble on this platform. In addition, those whose accounts have previously been banned may not open a new account.
Warning: Opening an account using a false identity or false age is a serious violation. In such cases okbge reserves the right to close the account and confiscate all balances without prior notice.
Account Registration and Management
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each user may hold only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, okbge may close them and confiscate the associated balances.
- Opening multiple accounts under the same name or identity document is strictly prohibited.
- Operating multiple accounts using the same device or IP address is prohibited.
- If a family member wishes to operate a separate account using the same device, the support team must be informed in advance.
3.2 Accuracy of Information and Verification
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. okbge may at any time request the following documents for identity verification:
- Scanned copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
- Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.).
- Documents verifying ownership of the payment method used.
okbge reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete.
3.3 Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. Please keep the following in mind:
- Do not share your password with anyone.
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
- If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify the support team immediately.
- You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
3.4 Inactive Accounts
If an account remains completely inactive for 12 consecutive months (no logins or transactions), it will be marked as an inactive account. An applicable maintenance fee may be deducted from such accounts. Contact the support team to reactivate an inactive account.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
- Deposited funds are generally credited instantly.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
- Use the correct reference number when making a deposit.
Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

- Withdrawals may be held pending if wagering requirements have not been completed.
4.1 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

Direct withdrawal without wagering — that is, depositing funds and immediately withdrawing after very little betting — is strictly prohibited.

Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to claim this bonus. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times the total amount (deposit + bonus).
- The bonus applies only once per account.
- Withdrawals from the bonus are not permitted until wagering is complete.
- A time limit applies to bonus use — any unused bonus will be cancelled after expiry.
- Different limits may apply to bonus funds within a specific game.
5.2 VIP Program and Cashback
okbge's VIP program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Progress through VIP tiers depends on the player's activity and engagement. okbge reserves the right to amend VIP tier terms as needed.
5.3 Bonus Abuse Policy
If a user abuses the bonus system — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other fraudulent activity — the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled and the account may be closed.
Gaming and Betting Rules
6.1 General Gaming Terms
Playing any game on the okbge platform means you have accepted the specific rules of that game. The games are operated by various reputable software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft and Spribe, and use independently tested Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
6.2 Betting Limits
Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet amount. Betting limits may differ for specific games when using bonus funds. okbge reserves the right to change betting limits as needed.
6.3 Technical Errors
If a game is interrupted midway or a result discrepancy occurs due to a software or hardware fault, okbge may decide to void that round and refund the bet amount. The "Malfunction Voids All Pays and Plays" policy applies.
6.4 Live Casino and Sports Betting
Once a bet is placed in a live dealer game and the round has started, it cannot be changed or cancelled. For sports betting, bets cannot be cancelled after an event has started. The final decision on the acceptability of a bet due to technical issues rests with okbge.
Prohibited Activities and Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbge platform. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure and confiscation of funds.
Fraud and Deception
Use of any fraudulent methods, software hacking or unauthorised interference with the gaming system.
Bots and Automation
Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to gain an unfair advantage.
Collusion
Attempting to influence results by coordinating with other players, or gaining an advantage by using multiple accounts.
Money Laundering
Any attempt to legitimise funds from illegal or unknown sources through this platform.
False Identity
Creating or operating an account using a fake name, age or identity.
Restricted Regions
Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy from countries or regions where online gaming is legally prohibited.
